Looks like Payoneer is slowly replacing Epassporte with more and more webmasters getting Payoneer cards each day.

So if you add Payoneer option more affiliates will sign up to promote you.

Doe Payoneer work with Russian webmasters?

As far as I know, Payoneer works with everyone.

First at all, Payoneer should start replying emails...

they will need to have fast and responsive customer support in place before there is a massive rush to sign up. I am sure they are seen some good peaks lately but IF ePass actually fails they can expect a tidal wave of new customers and inqueries. Bad customer support makes a lot of people nervous

Only a few sponsors, but they are huge - like AFF, AWEmpire, etc.
Imagine how many of their affiliates are setting up new Payoneer accounts right now.

Eventually, many sponsors will hook up with Payoneer.

Maybe, or maybe not, if epassporte turned back online tomorrow and was back to normal any business payoneer gained will most likely go back to what everyone was happy with.

I don't think they are a good option. I've been trying to setup a business account for over a week and they wont email me back. Not a good sign.

I've been trying to get a hold of them for weeks, no responses to emails, support on their site, heard users have the same issues... I'd stay away from them I think.

That's what support told me. They are flooded with requests for new setups, hence the long response times.

We believe Epass will get it together as well as we still have affiliates asking to use Epass. I can tell you as a program owner adding Epass did not cause a flood of new affiliates and we got on when it was all the rage.

Setting up a Payoneer account is not as easy as it was to get set up with Epass and the last thing programs need now is yet another system to payout especially with no adult presence.

Ive just applied for our business I will let you know how it goes. I have a feeling they check out your info that you submit and if they dont feel like you may be what theyre looking for then they may just not respond I will let you all know.

i don't want p2p transfers because i need payoner to be safe, i don't want any histories like from epass when they block money due to fraudulent p2p transfers

Half the tgps and tubes out there are Russians. They are promoting many sites and trading traffic with a lot of people with no issues.
