Payoneer fucking sucks

I just tried 3 times to send someone a payment through Payoneer and it rejected my bank. Chase? then B of A? then Wells Fargo? If they don't accept payments from these banks someone please tell what banks they do accept?

To make that worse I had the same thing happen when someone in the UK was trying to send me a payment for only $500 and their bank was rejected and I have done business with them for years using epassporte.

So now is it going to be this way with ultra-strict rules for everything online related but any illegal strawberry picker can walk into a Wal Mart and get a pre paid visa no questions asked?

If this is the alternative to epassporte I'll pass thank you very much. I promote over 140 programs and have changed as many as I can remember that I use to check or wire, and it's going to stay that way.

Quence 09-15-2010 02:19 PM

you make a payment not through a bank, but from your card to their card

PXN 09-15-2010 02:23 PM

they dont' response to support. That's sucks enough for me.

I have looked into all the viable options and I have found only 2 companies that could replace ePassporte. One is in my sig below and it rocks so far and the other is, possibly, sperbonzo's (see sticky'd thread). Payoneer really sucks.

Tjeezers 09-15-2010 03:19 PM

Payoneer is good for affiliates, dont have a clue why people are so freaking out about it,

1 Your sponsor pays you, AWE and AFF even give you a free card
2 You drag your ass to the ATM and cash it out

I have had payoneer for 2 years, but thanks to emigration i lost the account for 1 year. I signed up again, and new card is its way

If you people want a Support person of payoneer on this board 24/7, then your out of luck. They come sporadically and without announcement in front

It's not about having support on GFY. Just their normal support is painfully slow.

nikki99 09-15-2010 03:35 PM

just when I was thinking about start using them.....

well, thats kind of logical
they get like 10.000`s new applications, requests for account merging, sponsor issues, etc etc, since epass is on its back playing dead, they run overtime.
There are alone 1000`s of new signups and approvals they get daily now. It is stacking up the work they have on their desk.

I am sure when they are done with that, they will focus on support.

2intense 09-15-2010 03:45 PM

and you think that is our problem ? should have more employees, that's not an excuse

Tjeezers 09-15-2010 03:45 PM

good news is, they have a dedicated section on the AWE forum for all AWE affiliates
If you are not affiliated yet with AWE< here ya go... and request a forum ID so you can jump in there.

I hear Mickey is going to contact Payoneer to make sure they are more on the board to help out affiliates

Fabien 09-15-2010 03:55 PM

They don't reply to emails even on serious matters.

I won't use them for sure.

Chosen 09-15-2010 03:58 PM

Sent several messages to their support within a week, haven't got a single response...
They are a joke...

They just toke a new huge share in this market on a very unexpected moment. They are just as surprised as we are here about epASS

And there are always people who think they need a replay in 24 - 48 hours. Does not mean Payoneer Sucks, it means this market is more demanding and Payoneer underestimated it. I am sure they will make up on this, cause they get more revenue now, so logical they will assign a dedicated person to this board.

leonxm 09-15-2010 10:31 PM

i didnt get any answer on my ticket or emails a week already :(

heymatty 09-15-2010 10:41 PM

Segpay / inteca set me up with a payoneer account.

They load the mastercard and I use that to pay things like hosting. So far works ok. I haven't tried the card in an atm yet, not even sure I've got a pin assigned.

Payoneer do seem to have higher fees than epass though.

xmas13 09-16-2010 01:59 AM

They (Payoneer) never heard of Indians? :) Someone please tell them...

The same situation here. They seem out of business.

mariahxxx 09-16-2010 03:52 AM

I know that you load with your card...but 3 banks wouldn't allow me to use my debit /check visa cards.

this very same thing happened a few years ago with epassporte. B of A froze my debit card out of nowhere and when I called to inquire they told me it was due to a high risk merchant attempting to debit funds. I had tried to load my epassporte card and got a denial even though there was plenty of money in the account. So the rep tells me that this institution had been flagged due to questionable practices and B of A would not allow use.

then epass wouldn't allow you to load the account with mastercard remember that? then you couldn't load it with ANY type of cards and only a transfer from your bank account.

now look what happened.

For me if I try to make a payment using it and it won't allow it for small amounts, imagine how it's gonna be if it's a large amount? I had someone just yesterday in the UK try to send me a payment and the same thing happened. his bank wouldn't allow it yet it went through fine on paypal. that tells me there is an issue with their credibility with Visa or Mastercard already. warning signs I won't get burned with again.

If you people were not such sheep and would do your homework, you would have discovered AlertPay by now..

AlertPay had the largest growth of any online payment processor in 2009 according to Yahoo Finance ... and for good reason!

The ability to load and unload funds via your personal bank account, in more than 100 countries, makes AlertPay a very solid contender ... and yes it's adult friendly!

AlertPay is the biggest crock of shit I have seen. CSS and programming errors all over their system. I had to try around 10 times to upload my documents because the form kept hanging. I uploaded in PDF and it tried to show me the PDF as a scaled down image (literally, with an img tag). I finally submitted my documents, around 10 days ago and haven't heard back. I emailed them 2 days ago, and haven't heard back.

They owe me about $2.500
They debited from my balance because it was "under investigation"
Dont know why, never never a reply about it.
My account was verified! And had about 1 year and lot of transactions, without complaigns when it happened. It was in 2006, since then never got reply.

you're no Michael O.

I think I'll pass just on your fucked up attitude alone , much less their coding errors and lack of support ethics of any kind what-so-ever.

sounds like alertpay stole your money.

k0nr4d 09-16-2010 05:04 AM

Even paypal replies to emails. Alertpay is complete crap from what I can see, and I haven't even used them yet. Oh, forgot to mention the phone number they have.

Immediately goes to a voice messaging saying their call volume is too high and they cannot take your call. It does this every time you call, no matter what time of day.

Two-bit operation IMHO

I am discovering it right now
In this thread

Seems Alertpay made people SAD

So, lets hope the sheep effect of this thread is not turning against you

ooops it will

BEY

LOL if Payoneer had three brains cells knocking together they would hire TJeezers here to be their Michael O. He is doing a hell of a job as their rep he should be paid for it! :thumbsup:winkwink:

I have huge concerns over a company that does not take the time to address a Massive new market that is developing for them or does not have enough staff to be able to reply to e mails in a timely manner... shit even a copy/paste of good detailed FAQs would satisfy a lot of inquiries. Their lack of response will be viewed by many as incompetence or not caring.... we've had enough of that

Coming in here and shitting on people for never hearing about a payment solution is not a good start.

The fact that alot of us haven't heard about Alert Pay says less about our google skills and more about the company's abilities (or lack thereof) to gain exposure in the adult market.

As a start, if you did a better job repping by posting about it in the threads where people are discussing epass alternatives and put a positive face on the company maybe more people would know, or at least care, who they are... :2 cents:
