this dude knows what is happening

epass invested abount 300k EUR in one slovak company [http://www.orsr.sk/vypis.asp?ID=13824&SID=2&P=1]

http://krebsonsecurity.com/wp-conten...0/09/epass.png
United International Bank NV is directly connected to epass

http://www.ifgroup.com/
organization in Belgium
specialized in FACTORING

"Factoring is a method used by a firm to obtain Cash when the available Cash Balance held by the firm is insufficient to meet current obligations and accommodate its other cash needs, such as new orders or contracts. "
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Factoring_(finance)

basically IFGROUP "protects" banks and organizations who do not have enough cash to pay bills

http://www.ifgroup.com/index.php?lan...c=165&item=126
look here
and guess who joined then 1 day after our accounts were frozen
"

Somebody please take a look at these puzzle pieces. It seems Epass is working hard to find a solution.

BUT FACTS ARE:
epassporte = United International Bank NV
United International Bank NV joined ifgroup.com ONE day after VISA crash

ifgroup.com joins companies/banks participated in factoring
factoring = "selling your invoices to a factoring company to get some fast cash"

darksoul 09-16-2010 05:22 AM

good find.
just more proof that some cash is missing

nmbr6 09-16-2010 05:58 AM

factoring

Factoring is actually better described as selling of ASSETS that are less liquid (ie due in 90 days) for immediate cash or liquidity.

It does NOT mean a company does not have assets, just that current cash is needed instead of receivables etc.

Great find Matyko !

if they need "cash" then we only make it worse with taking it out with all these wires :( maybe that is why wires are so slow - they hope to find solution soon so people would stop wiring out......if they would updates us more and more honestly i am sure many people would not jump the ship and would wait..

Good research on behalf of your friend :thumbsup

I think there is more going on than they are letting loose with and I am sure if a class action lawsuit was brought against them, the details would have to be released and we would all see what these people are really up to.

On a positive note, I truly hope you guys get your money....nothing like being ripped and lied to by the same people you thought you could trust :disgust

what i can see is that they are only sharing the same address as United International Trust and its back in time 1998-2002 and they are not active in this company now.

They were associate in this company. So they don't just share same address:

Associate:
BOLTONSHIRE CORPORATION N.V., sídlom Landhuis Joonchi,
Kaya Richard J. Beaujon z/n
Curacao
Holandské Antily

True is they were paid off and do not participate any more there
