TGP or a Blog?

That was just a joke!

Right, what I really want to know is what do you recommend for submitting to a large TGP. Is it better for the thumbs in the gallery to be an exact thumb of the image it's linking to or a thumb that's zoomed into part of the larger image?

I always thought the zoomed thumb would be better but I noticed on one TGP they were saying never to do this?

Your thoughts please?

Good joke :), next time write a right topic title... of GFY :(

BTW my thumbs on the all galleries are cropped original pics with height:widht 1:1, so they are NOT absolutely same as original pics and TGPs like me...

It depend on the TGP owners and is 2000 TGPs, so 2000 opinions. Simply don't solve it and do it your way, only try to convert the surfer's.

Simply focus on banner and text links which make profit and thumbs is only the content...

Thanks jaromir,

So it's more down to opinion, there isn't one which is viewed as bad. I used to spend a lot of time making zoomed thumbs thinking it was increasing the quality, I did used to sell well with those galleries, obviously it takes longer to do. I was surprised the first time I saw someone saying it was against their rules.

I've just got myself some submit accounts with large TGPs, so I don't want to be upsetting anyone

It's not about the zoom. It's about cropping the best square or rectangle from the photograph. You have a photograph - you have to cut out the best rectangle from the photograph. A sexier photo will get clicked several times more than anything else. So, what I'm saying is it should be a photograph of the full figure of the sexy woman or a zoom-in on the boobs/ass/legs/face/other parts. Furniture/backgrounds/birds/sky are not as important. The lighting is important, otherwise she is in complete darkness. You can photograph a woman coming out of a fog - that would be a nice effect.

The very best thing to do is to Test Test and re test.

You have to find out what works best for you. But 1 thing for sure. Make sure that what ever the image is, its comes from what is being shown. Not just the same girl but the same set and scene.
