I want to be trailer trash, plain and simple!!

They did not cause any of the problems that our country faces today.

They did not get mortgages they couldn't afford.

They did not run banks to the ground with greed.

They did not use investors for their personal benefit.

They don't even belong to the unions that ask too much of their companies.

I'm tired of paying mortgage bills, utility bills, property taxes.

I want to live more simply, pack up the dogs and move into a travel-trailer.

I don't mind being called 'trailer trash', but I wanted to get your opinion.

I was thinking about the same thing lately, except instead of living in an RV, I'd rather it be a houseboat. Seen a show on TV a few weeks ago that showed high end house boats. You can actually get something quite nice for about $400,000 US, but they had ones that were as high as 2 million.

You'd basically be replacing property taxes and house maintenance with slip fees and boat maintenance, but it would be nice to just pull up anchor and move your entire house to a different location if you had the inclination.

every inch of land has been stolen from us.

That might be a work site, with the power tools in the back. Plus not too many homeless people can afford CAT work boots. But I get your point.

Most likely need an air brake endorsement on your license. Otherwise, probably anyone can drive it with a regular license. At least that is how it works around here.

I've seen ones almost that big that didn't have air brakes, and anyone with a regular license could drive one.

Almost doesn't seem right, for something that big you would think you'd have to take a special course or something. They are not easy to park!
