VISA forgot to pay its phonebill ?
 

So i was making some calls this morning re:epassporte. I called visa global ( 1-800-VISA911 )

press 1 for engish
press 1 for visa cardholder
oress 5 for other inqueries
enter visa number folowed by #
please hold while call is transferred

"thank you for using the phone card" to recharge the card please call the number on the back of your phonecard "

( i wasn't using a phonecard, i can only assume visa uses some sort of phone card to redial numbers and they are out of minutes ? )

Cards are in motion, should be fixed soon
