Not OTCash, but suddenly I've lost almost ALL my rebills on CCBill. We're talking rebills that I've had for 1+years over multiple programs, hundreds of dollars a week, suddenly ALL disappearing once September 1st hit. Did CCBill just flush out everyone's cookies or something?

the cookie from ccbill seems to expire in 3 days.
