Most trending topics in TWITTER belong to NFL players

Are you really that FANATIC to NFL in USA ?? Yes, the season started.. I know.

But can't understand what's so special about NFL?? You play 20 seconds and then 5 minutes commerncial... 30 seconds more of play and 4 minutes of commercials and the huge black guys with protectors showing off their brandings... Gatorade, Nike, etc...

Now I understand why a buddy that has a NFL Mainstream Blog, converts so good with that niche! :2 cents:

I can understand NBA.. Basket its a very entertaining Sport, but RUGBY with Protectors is weird... Anyway, if it converts, a new NFL Blog is in its way!

you apparently haven't watched a game.
1)20 seconds is a long play.
2)They usually play continuously sans commercial interruption for 3-4 minutes at a time. Many commercial interruptions are due to time outs or injuries.
3)Each play is a strategy. A planned route by the offense which must be read by the defense, so in essence its the ultimate order vs. chaos theory applied to sports.
4)Unlike most sports which are continuous play (basketball etc) the drama in american football is the diversity of action from play to play.
5)If they played continuously for 10 minutes at a time without interruption you would have alot of injured and possibly dead players by the end of the season.
The game is that rough.

This is why its the greatest sport in the world.:2 cents:

i disagree man.. i mean some NFL players have fucking beer guts.. especially in defense.. its how big you are, not talent.. so many NFL players have no talent, they are there just cuz they are 6'5, 500lbs, and they run into people.. wow so much skill in running/tackling someone.. give me paddings and i can probably also run/tackle people..

QB takes skill, WR takes skill, defense doesnt take that much skill..

Basketball if you dont know how to play, u dont know how to play.. if you cant dribble, you cant dribble, if you cant shoot, u cant shoot..

Basically if you get 10 people who have never played a sport, and pad em up for football, and afterwards take them to bball court, they will probably do OK in football tackling people... but in bball they wont even be able to bounce the ball, let alone shoot it..

But i digress, NFL is a good sport to bet on

heh...yes tell that to Ray Lewis, Tracy Porter and J. Vilma...not only are they twice your size but they could out run you any day of the week, and yes they often make strategic defense plays.

on the other hand, linemen of which you are probably referring to are supposed to be huge and weigh alot...they are the wall to protect or the battering ram to get through.

and please...knowing how to dribble? that's your skill benchmark?
