Payoneer Support, Phone Number???

We've been trying to get an account set up with Payoneer but have yet to hear back from them. We've filled out their initial applications and have reached out twice since then with no response.

Anyone have better luck? If you have an ICQ, AIM or preferably a direct contact phone number with a name it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but unfortunately when I called that number I get a full mailbox message. They are definitely not inspiring a lot of confidence in me right now, but I'm willing to give them a chance if I can at least talk to someone.

Anyone else have a contact? I can't believe that they wouldn't be jumping to get another big program using them.

I've looked at OKPay a bit and it looked good. We were trying Payoneer first since it seemed to be the most requested by affiliates and a few big sponsors picked it up quickly. At this point I may not have a choice. I can understand that they are probably getting bombarded right now, but they are really missing a huge opportunity to capitalize on it.

I heard they are putting the breaks on taking on new partners soon.

Well they kind a made a complicated system, since every partner gets his name printed on card, which i think require a lot of work.

Are they missing a huge opportunity? I don't think so, and they clearly don't think so either. If they were really interested in this market they would have made more of a play for it in the past or at least now. Same goes for OKPAY, aside from the regular spam from people with referral links in their signatures and others who openly admit they love it without having used it, I haven't seen any pitch or offer DIRECT from okpay to the adult industry and when you look at who issues their cards, they are probably not likely to either.

You also have to understand that Payoneer's business is predominantly not adult although they do not directly exclude adult businesses from having an account. We were using them 3 years ago for a year or so and probably would still have been using them now if it were not for the fact that the world and his mother ALREADY had an epassporte card, and so it was obviously easier and cheaper to use that mechanism to pay people rather than start from scratch with a new system that wasn't cheaper.

Just because the industry needs a service like Payoneer (or somebody) to jump in and take over from epassporte, doesn't mean that service will be equally keen to take over the problems that come with catering to an industry where most people try to remain anonymous.

Even if they actively want to take up this opportunity, they are probably rightly thinking that they should wait and see what happens with epassporte first as whilst there is still even a slight chance epassporte will resolve their issues, anybody else will simply be a stop gap solution......won't they?
