Ok i think epassporte users have waited long enough with no real answers from the people holding our money.

It's time to start contacting anyone to do with epassporte. If you have any ( public info ) on epassporte management/owner/bank , post it here. These people may not have your money but they are eating from your money.

I will be posting the following statement on my website , others may wish to do something similar. ( such as post on every website you own )

In September 2010 epassporte ( aka epassporte.com ) an internet payment system who's ceo is CHRIS MALLICK and managing director is GREGORY ELIAS stopped giving thousands of users including myself access to our funds. To this date none of the money has been returned , nor has any satisfactory explanation been given. Chris mallick and Gregory Elias continue to live " high on the hog" while the people who trusted them with their money are left broke, with some unable to buy basic essentials such as toilet paper.

Wikipedia defines theft as "Theft is the illegal taking of another person's property without that person's freely-given consent. The word is also used as an informal shorthand term for some crimes against property, such as burglary, embezzlement, larceny, looting, robbery, shoplifting, fraud and sometimes criminal conversion. In some jurisdictions, theft is considered to be synonymous with larceny; in others, theft has replaced larceny.
Someone who carries out an act of or makes a career of theft is known as a thief, and the act of theft is known as stealing, thieving, or sometimes filching."

I will leave it up to your opinion if Gregory Elias is a thief and/or if Chris mallick is a thief. The people who trusted their money with Chris Mallick and Gregory Elias hope their monies will be returned and that they are not thieves.

The problems involving bank and money are always slow on resolution, but many times are solved! So let's give them a bit more time.... I know the situation and it hurts me a lot, especially since I have tens of thousands frozen there... but it doesn't help to give them hard time as they can't do pretty much nothing if the procedures take time!

A little more time and we'll all be happy I am sure!

REAL update about VV money is must after 20 days, with real info what is going on (who hold money? why? when will be in hands motion again?), not just all is safe, $ motion, trala la...

Im still confident I will get my first wire which was approved on Sept. 9th.

I am also ACH'ing daily.

Including the 9th, the 10th biz day would be Today I believe.

I always find people who say they work more than is possible ( 8 days a week ) suspicious. :) If you are going to exagerate go big, 20 days a week 78 hours a day.

Well I guess it's time to do something rather than nothing.

If you really want to do something, apply pressure to the bank. They are the ones with actual access to the cash. Perhaps organized calls at set intervals.

Dont skate around calling them thieves. Fact of the matter is that Mallick and Elias are thieves.

The evidence and posts on this board are 10000 times more evidence then needed to 'prove' your claims.

I'm surprised there is no posts outright calling Mr Mallick a thief, cause let's face it, he's ripped us all off.

once chris and greg realise people won't forget about their money and when you piss off webmasters they have a huge resource to report it, hopefully it will. AT the very least it should get their attention and signal what has been said for the last several weeks " What is going on, and where is our money ?"

Good question. The poster says the Epassporte cash flow problem arises in September 2010. I hope it does not continue into October.

Look at it as a customer. What did Visa say?

They claim you can get to your funds through the bank. The bank, however points to Epass, and so the circle is complete, because Epass points to Visa.

Now, there are thousands of people having cash stuck in their VV right? Amounts vary from a couple of bucks to very large amounts. That doesn't matter. Even if it is $1 its still a valid claim.

So why don't you all be good little consumers and do as Visa suggested.

I think one day of organized waves of legitimate calls like that would disrupt their service enough to make them ehm....... motivated, to get the matter resolved.

What do you say? Some of you were yelling lawyer time. Well a phone call is a whole lot less expensive, so surely you would be willing to make that call?

Strength is in numbers and there are plenty of disgruntled Epass users around I'd say.

Running off with a few (or more) million dollars to an offshore haven is quite a criminal act! People have been locked up for 20+ years for alot less!

They'd better RUN and HIDE if they want to get away with this.
