When did you sign up for PayPal?
 

I remember how skeptical I was at first, this had to be about 12 years ago maybe? They were giving away money to sign up, LOL, I think it was five dollars. I remember they had campaigns on ClickXChange or one of those PPC networks.

I signed up late 2000, around the same time I opened an eBay account.

A long time ago. Then closed that account after them pissing me off over something.

Current one is about 4 years old.

Pre x.com - Back in the free cash to join days. Also had an x.com bank account and credit card until they folded.

I signed up for PayPal in 2002 when i had to get rid of some stuff on eBay

I was a heavy ebay seller at the time and made some nice extra cash with their referral program.

ok kidding, it is in her name and we have had it since around 2000, right after it became known as paypal I think

Did you know... paypal allows you to change the email for your same account.

In 2003...

If your account is verified, just put your email at the end and it'll tell you.

The very first day it launched. Had an account at x.com and so was alerted to their launch of paypal. Made some nice cash back then on their referrals.

Not until Paypal bought out BillPoint and forced us all to switch.

Paypal sucks.

I didn't sign up late 2000 after all, but on Feb 17, 2001. Dec 2000 was when I signed up for eBay, and up until Feb 2001 I was buying stuff on eBay using a payment system that would charge $5 for every payment I made, I think it was called BidPay. Aparently, it was on Feb 17, 2001 that I got tired of their fee and signed up for PayPal. :1orglaugh
