hey, wanted to ask about blog traffic. Is blog traffic just something you have to be patient and wait for? Seems I'm only breaking 100 unique a day. Does it grow with more blog posts because you have more pages that can be picked up in google? Had lots mroe traffic when first submitted to all teh blog directories but that's pretty much gone now as the links fall to the bottom of the list. I am doing link trading and have some pretty good links now. Is that it really? Trade and post and wait? I know there are options like the hun and chameleon submit but that's for TGP's right? hmmm

blogs really take a long time to grow, you get se traffic and if your content is good enough, bookmarkers too

just be prepared for a slow growth

It took my blog lots of SEO designed posts to get there, but if you put in the time eventually the Google traffic does come! I have over 200 posts and I now get over 40000 uniques from Google.

As for TGPs, you could still create galleries (outside of your blog but on the same domain) and submit these to TGP's. This is what I do

If you're doing teen content, post some galleries on the forums at peach18...i should get you up to over 1000 uniques per day

greet advice thanks for this, :). Is it a good idea just to blast out loads of posts then? Do you ever look at google analytics and check out the keywords that give you the most hits then decide to to more posts using that keyword? Is that a good tactic? ie noticed that loads of people like "sex in car" so write more posts about that?

I do look at the keywords in Webmaster Tools but if I'm honest I don't spend as much time as I should focusing on using what I've learned from the stats in designing the next blog post. That's going to be my new resolution.

It's worth checking out what the competition's like for "sex in car", seeing who you'll be up against and also thinking about which sponsors will convert well for surfers who look for the phrase.

Get yourself a traffic script and a toplist to trade with other blogs

The more I write the more traffic I get to my blogs.
But It takes a long time. :-(

ya... it seems to take a while... all the hours put in... seems flipping burgers at macdonalds would be a better payoff ha
