That's pretty sad. Take a minute, read the shit we put up with from him just to take part in this forum.

Just my opinion, but if epass came back, he probably would have gotten banned, truth of the matter is, he has proof in posts from months back not to do biz with epassporte, and he was right. I dont think what he has done in the last weeks is right by any means. But I have to call it like I see it. He was right, and many many people, including mostly heavyweights in the industry said epass was gonna come back, everything is good (some of those people got there wires). Where are they now?

He wasn't right, he had his password compromised and turned it into a crusade.

The way he said it would all go down wasn't even close. I could scream at the top of my lungs that NetFlix is going to die, and in 15 - 20 years I'd be right. Everything comes to an end, he didn't shed any light on anything post trauma.

Right, and he gets a warning 3 weeks after he's been doing it, everyday for 3 weeks.

Why not ask for a ban on the bros that maybe contributed to an epass user to keep his money a bit longer there ? That is real damage, not blabbing...

I say ban MO. He knew shit wasn't right and didnt say anything. I know he didnt steal the money, but he sure as hell is guilty of aiding and abetting!!!!!!

Yes, DEA has been over the top, but Chris Mallick has been silent, when he should have been front and center dealing with his company's crisis...:disgust

I have way more contempt for Mallick for costing his customers huge financial losses and emotional grief, than I do for DEA for waging his personal crusade/vendetta.

Get some rest DEA, and take some satisfaction that you have kept this issue on the front burner. :thumbsup

what i said 3 months ago had nothing to do with my loss back in 2007.

it had to due with what i heard from an epass employee and also the state of the adult biz combined with the midddle men movie wich was publicy stated as being finaiced by oxymoron entertainment /chris mallick

there is no way i could take down epassporte ..the only thing i could do is warn webmasters of the risks of using epassporte...
Funny chris mallick did show up in that threa 3 months ago to defend epassporte and go on to say how they were doing fine...obviously not the case.

Do you think i feel good webmasters lost there money? Actuslyl i feel worse because i knew this would happend ..i tried to do something but it didnt work..so in the end although some took my warnings..most didnt = i failed too

You might have been a dick, for sure you irritated me with taking that much of a space on this board to state your case.
But 1 thing is for sure, you have a dedicated way of battling, and I kind of admire this in a person. The energy you must have lost during the last weeks might have been tremendous, i can only take a number on that, will not even be close to the truth

Just for a next time, when you feel your gonna say something that might help us, would you please consider a different way of approach??? ............... just a comment, nothing personal.
