Because you sit there like fucking deer in headlights while other people in the industry take money from you, and then you have the balls to say "oh well thats the risk we take in this business".

It is a high risk business. What do you expect?

Those who are smart enough to take action or protect their content, are doing so now. Everyone else will follow later. Every industry needs leaders to blaze the a path.
