Please tell my why you lock my account while i have 3000 dollar up there that has been sent to me last friday. You lock my account after i add three credit cards and add the paper work for it.

I log back in and bam my account is lock. I cal your call center which has a really bad line to India i guess and i get a girl on the phone that doesn't know shit telling me it could take 10 days to get my account back to normal.

It is really shady when something like this happens when you already have loads of problems.

Please contact me on icq asap to resolve this.

If you uploaded the documents asked for on the Upload documents page then you should be able to withdraw within 48 hours. Send me your UserID and I will check up on it.

So far i got a message from epass and it this

security filters have flagged your Account for further review. As per our
records we could see that you have uploaded the documents. You will
receive an update regarding your request within 7-10 business days, after
the requested documents are reviewed by our Account Verification

Please note that until and unless your Account is placed in normal status
and your card is verified, you will not be able to use the card as a
withdrawal option.

if you funded it with a credit card do a charge back. Hell most have it set so you can do a dispute online. Takes less time to do a dispute then come to gfy and rant and the dispute will actually get you your money back :)

well the worse thing is that it ain't my money but that of my clients that they are holding. I told my client it would not be wise to pay by epass but they insisted on it. So i am doing my best to get my money/ their money back.

So they are fucking with many people by doing this. I won't take the blame for this when this goes wrong as i have warned them before sending the money. There is always something in the adult biz.
