It means they don't give a fuck, and figure it out yourself.

Why are you still confused about this?

Did Michael ever get back to you?

mikke 09-28-2010 03:15 PM

try call to your bank, maybe money arrived and your bank blocked them?

anyway, in my situation bank kept money for few days, because i never made a payment to epass for chargeback amount

bank can unblock money on your request, but you need provide to bank a proof its not "dirty money" from illegal sources..

yes, but that message was from other person .... inside my epass acct, no email

What do you mean, wasn't successful... did you get your money or not?
If you didn't, why would you need to file a chargeback?

The transfer were sent to your card but it for some reason have not shown up, if you use the information sent to you to charge back the transaction then you will receive the money.

How can you chargeback a withdrawal by CC which is effectively a refund?

There is no "charge" to charge back.

Contact your bank with the transaction information epassporte give you but I wouldn't
confuse the issue by talking about chargebacks!

Good luck with that.
