7 Bit Torrent "Embarrassment" Suits Target 5,469

http://www.xbiz.com/news/125713

West Coast Productions, in their suits, named 2,010 John Does who allegedly shared "Bomb Ass White Booty 14" and 535 for "Juicy White Anal Booty 4."

Meanwhile, Combat Zone filed a claim against 1,037 users who downloaded and distributed "Teen Babysitters" and 245 for "Relax He's My Stepdad 2."

Third World Media sued 1,243 for those who shared "Tokyo Teens."

It sucks when they distribute long videos for free.
These videos should be paid for.

DWB 09-28-2010 06:18 PM

Steve,
Your sig dance with Jordan should become the "piracy victory dance." Like when a football teams scores, they do a dance in the inzone. That's the new dance.

Keep watching the news, she'll be dancing again tomorrow (Wednesday) night when more suits are announced.

Cheap fucks caught pants down downloading those titles from torrent sites will be quite... embarrassed indeed :thumbsup Bomb Ass Booty, do Jesus :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh It will be quite embarrasing trying to explain to a judge (and to their wives too) how they were going to download a Linux distro from their favorite torrent site (all thieves love pointing to Linux distros to explain why do they need torrents), but ended up downloading pirated copy of Bomb Ass Booty :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

I'd settle :pimp

Frasier 09-28-2010 07:16 PM

I think some tranny programs should get in on this action!

I bet the guys would run to pay up then!

BloodFart 09-28-2010 07:25 PM

I got 3 sometimes 4 open wireless connections near me. If you really need money steve i'll go download your shit on their IP and you can sue them. I want 10% tho. deal?

Juicy D. Links 09-28-2010 07:30 PM

Bomb Ass White Booty 14 was "OK" i preferred Bomb Ass White Booty 10 tbh much better booty than 14

Zorgman 09-28-2010 07:32 PM

What are they asking the surfer to pay for the download?

DBS.US 09-28-2010 07:38 PM

Here's a photo of John Doe #15, a bit torrent users whose IP addresses was tracked to a LA Starbucks.

steve said in another thread he is looking for in the 2k range depending on what the lawyers think...

DBS.US 09-28-2010 08:04 PM

Is there anyway to read the court docs?

Very glad to see this going down... and after the torrents are cooled a bit, next up we need to saturate the Internet with tube sites. Why? Because 1) they're not going anywhere, 2) surfers know about them anyway, and 3) if we put legal tube sites up all over the place, maybe we can distribute the adult Internet traffic more widely instead of just a couple companies and their buddies controlling a HUGE and MASSIVE slice of the adult traffic online.

The media is really buying into the embarassment factor which definitely gets the message out to users to evaluate the risk. Of course now they seem to completely gloss over the part about the right to actually protect one's intellectual property:

what I also find interesting is that we at Pink Visual have not engaged in end user litigation, but claim we are rallying others to do likewise. End user litigation is purely a business decision for each company to determine if it's right for them or not in my opinion not something the whole industry will agree on.

_Richard_ 09-28-2010 09:48 PM

mmcfadden 09-28-2010 09:52 PM

Interesting... was the suit filed to valid addresses?

Fbomb - BANNED FOR LIFE 09-28-2010 09:54 PM

Now the easy part, get ISP to turn them in.

One of the companies who is suing, Third World Media, distributes my Asian tranny movies. Titles like.... Double Stuffed Asian Transsexials, Teen Ladyboys, Gender Blender, Asian Transsexual Spunk, Little Asian Transsexuals, and so on. :thumbsup

I'm sure if they have success with this round, they will hammer people who steal any of the titles, Hetro, Gay and Tranny. Gonna be real interesting to see how this all pans out with multiple companies starting to sue the down-loaders.

I look at it like this, it will not stop piracy. However, they are going to pay for the content they are watching, one way or another.

Altwebdesign 09-29-2010 05:24 AM

so glad i dont file share!

Agent 488 09-29-2010 06:25 AM

what debate? everyone thinks you are scum.

why not update your 2001 sites instead of bringing the porn industry down.

nico-t 09-29-2010 06:45 AM

i dont understand how this works. So you can track who downloaded the torrent, get their name and address, and sue them? How do you get their name and address, isnt there some privacy law?
For instance when someone outside US dowloads a movie, how can the sueing party from the US possibly get his/her name and address? People cant go around and look everyone up because of privacy laws was my understanding.

They file a "John Doe" lawsuit then get the internet provider to turn over the person's contact details based on the IP address. I believe they only go after people in the US.

Agent 488 09-29-2010 07:05 AM

porn has retarded my thinking. there is a evolving vibrant culture outside of this ghetto. "porn drives technological innovation" pfft ....

Your alternative suggestion would be what, adapt or die?

This is adapting. :2 cents:

Wizzo 09-29-2010 07:07 AM

I bet a bunch of guys wish they would have stopped at Bomb Ass White Booty 13 and not downloaded 14... :winkwink:

sweetcuties 09-29-2010 07:09 AM

if you're calling adaption a single mom taking food off her table because her son downloaded one of steve's archaic clips then whatever man.

it is fucking sad as the people behind this have ancient content, sites and business models and they are giving porn peddlers an even worse name for being creepy blackmailing cunts.

sales aren't going to go up. is steve's top affiliate going to make 200 per period instead if 180? big deal.

the bad blood and karma this is going to generate is going to hurt mine and your sales as people are just going to intentionally pirate porn as a giant gfy to the industry.

Phoenix 09-29-2010 08:05 AM

can you also track the mac addresses?

and go after the owner of the computers?

that could help find the starbucks downloaders

i see people going to free wifi restaurants and such to download..they start the download..then order food

LAJ 09-29-2010 08:17 AM

Heh... a college buddy of mine hit me up recently and asked me my opinion of torrent sites since he was interested in a music one. So I showed him a few lawsuit links and told him that is my opinion LOL...

uh, its not just about steve. that should be obvious. i think its pretty funny that you are worried about hurting the feeling of those who are already stealing content. they weren't buying in the first place so who cares? i really don't expect this to change anything except put the scare in some people that if they download a torrent, they could be sued.

so it is based off IP

what happens when Priest Whatever-the-fuck shoots himself because someone looked at 'tranny stuffers' on an ip that may or may not have actually been him

and why are the major companies 'surprised' how much traction the 'embarrassment' factor is getting?

i know, lets see if we can start connecting this stuff to the government, and STRONG arm them into a bailout

no?

I agree. Is it really worth the time or risk to deal with torrents? Spending $1 to $5 to get something quickly and easily from Itunes works for me.

What happens when someone with half a brain countersues for defamation?

Exactly.

And I mean c'mon... it all boils down to this: It's someone else's work. PAY FOR IT. You've got a whole generation of people that have come to expect everything for free, right here, right now. This huge and growing group of people needs to change the way they think... the lawsuits and press are a good start.

Hopefully this rash of lawsuits will slowly and surely educate and re-educate people on the old adage "there is no such thing as a free lunch".

True. It's worked really well for the MPAA and RIAA.

Oh, hang on a minute...
