I run 20 miles or so per week, what do you (mostly) FAT FUCKS do?
60% of Americans and about the same Aussies are fat fucks, I mean, classified as obese.
That's par for the course as a webmaster, sitting on your fat ass all day. So it makes it all the more important to get out and about and do some exercise. I hate gyms, they are typically full of posturing testosterone laden steroid fucktards. When the water warms up, I'll be back on my board in the ocean, or doing laps in the local pool down the beach too, on top of the running. What do you do to keep fit? |

With 5 kids and self employed, don't really need much exercise, mentally and physically it's "go" all day long.
Also the fact I haven't changed shape/size since 1989. |

I try to do enough exercise each day so I can drink all the beer I want each day.
Aside from that I try to eat fresh food as much as possible, no packaged fatty shit. |

Why do you run so much? Is that so you can have an excuse to eat sweets and junk food, then 'burn it off'?
I prefer eating healthy with just enough calories to maintain my weight. I do some bodyweight exercises a couple of times a week, but that's it. No need for cardio. |

im well underweight and i dont do barely any exercise, im 190cm and only 68 kilograms...
I just don't eat all that much.. its easy, eat small or medium amounts and you wont get fat.. also cut out sugar. |

20 miles a week? I don't have the time for that, if I did I wouldn't fill it with running. :)
I'm one of the lucky ones, it doesn't make a difference what I eat or if I work out. I don't get fat and I stay in shape, by just being me. |
For about 3 years I ran 20+ miles a week then my ankles started giving me problems. Now I do low impact, either walking or elliptical. Some free weights, pushups, pullups and situps. I'm 6'2" 195lbs.
I had a great gym by my house that i would go work out at, noone was ever there. i guess thats why they went out of biz. |
Running is bad for you (especially for me). I personally prefer the elliptical machine since it has low impact on your joints.

love running but you only get maybe 6 good weather months to run here in Boston. Tried running through a couple of winters here and didn't want to risk an ankle injury. Summers are sweltering and winters are too cold and icy...so I try and play basketball or use the elliptical at the gym when I get the chance

Well i do 5-7 miles running per day, also 20 miles driving my bike.
Lifting weights at my gym. Am walking a lot too........hm don't know what more....ah yes but most important having sex once a day at list! |

They used to make me run that much in the army and I hated it.
Not everybody is cut out for running. I always prefered weight lifting. |
