Pretty decent deal, amazing the poor resale value on a $100k car, sad what happens to the S class and 7 series Bimmers.
|
nice ride, what did you get as a replacement?
|
Really nice car. I looked at a couple Mercedes last week. That's a good price for that car.
|
OMG! I never knew there was such a currency!!!!

Mercedes should make it mandatory that anyone driving their Benz's should not be allowed to bargain with anyone ever

So that's why seeing that it has a "New Paint Job" would not worry me. Also you've got to remember that the car is based in Canada so the winters may not be so kind to the paint finish either. Nice car and a nice deal for someone geoGUERILLA :thumbsup _ |

plus it being a 7 year old car is worth more than some brand new cars |
Key piece of info about the paint job.
This is a Canadian car, if you drive it everyday, the paint won't last long, salt/sand and shit we use in the winter destroys cars. Our Escape has been painted 3 times, but I run this shit out of it. (7 years old) |
not a bad deal at all! The paint job would make me ask questions, but on the other hand, it's a nice perk if it's not hiding any accidents. Good luck with the sale!

He's getting a 2010 lexus hybrid Actually not MY car, it's my buddy's I have a 2002 s600 v12 merc 94,000km if anyone wants it $15000 |
If it was Black and I didn't just buy a car down here in Windsor, I'd have bought it from you and brought it down here. Good luck with the sale.

If you knew this guy you would understand the paint job....believe me this car was baby'ed like nothing you could imagine. 56 year old guy's car.
This guy has winter rims and tires for Christ's sake. This isn't Snoop Dogg's ride.... |

Nice car!
I just picked up a 06 ford explorer last week. I needed something bigger to haul around the growing family. |
that car looks like it's in good shape
did you also put it on ebay? |
I can't believe I wasted my 1000th post on this.
I saw I was at 1002 and was like, OH MAN.... |

And our 'Canadian winters' wouldn't do a thing to a paint job. its the rusting at the seams and wheel wells from the road salt that does you in. Back when the US dollar was through the roof I was working for a company exporting hundreds of vehicles a week to the US through Buffalo. A quick search on Google doesn't show any chronic issue to justify a paint job. Personally I'd be very concerned about an 03 Mercedes that needed a complete paint job. But that's just me. :2 cents: |
Wow you only have 1k posts? Would have thought more.
Good luck with the sale, I'll take his "other" car off his hands. ; ) |
