Police in Dubai say that Payoneer Inc. distributed some of the prepaid cash cards that have been traced to suspects sought in the January killing of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh, a senior leader in the Palestinian militant group. Authorities in Dubai have said they believe Israeli intelligence service Mossad is behind the killing....
