The problem is everyone was getting ACH's everyday for what they withdrew, but today nobody reportedly got any.

We can still pretend to make ACH withdrawals, the money subtracts from our epass balance but where does it go from there?

Michael O 09-30-2010 05:18 PM

Our processor informed us that there was a problem with that batch today. We resubmitted the file and they are processing it now.

"Problem with that batch today"? Wouldn't the batch for ACH's we were expecting to receive today been processed two days ago? Should we expect another 2 days before we receive them?

It will work like you initiated the transfer today so you will get the money at the same time you get the money from today which probably will be Monday if it have taken 2 business days for you.

He's asking if this effected the ACH that was done only for that day, or did it effect every ACH from that day forward.

In other words are all ACH's from today on going to be delayed by 2 days or was it just the batch that was supposed to go through today.

Also the withdrawals to personal credit/debit card are taking long. They were always credited in 2-3 business days, now it has been week and nothing.
Hope its just delay.

Yes there is something wrong, it has never taken this long and as they are automated there should not be any kind of processing delay.

I am experiencing the same problem. Made two withdrawals a week ago, one of them has arrived but the other one has not and the one that did not arrive was processed one day before the one that has arrived so there are problems not just the other day but last week too.
