I am having an issue with one of my server and need to have one more to minimise the load or in simple load balance and give my customer fast and reliable server.

I need to know whats the best configuration server available in market to tackle huge traffic load and process MYSQL as fast as it can and allow user to give fast download speed?

They have live 24/7 support. They have good servers.

Best advice I can give you is to be weary of some hosts because they will try to say the problem is one thing when it is really another. Often the thing they want you to needlessly upgrade just so happens to mean more $$$ for them. It's best to have some understanding of things or at least an employee or friend who does.
