Wednesday was a beautiful day, and waking up to the ocean view only enhanced it. The day consisted of the Paella cook off, seminars, networking and lots of tapas and sangria.

What's the daytime temperature been like?

Well, remember, I came from Ireland to Spain, so it was quite warm (and humid) especially on the first day. It seemed as each day came it was better than the last. This meant each day was slightly cooler and less humid than the last.

I wore a t-shirt every day and night. The coat I brought from Ireland was just extra weight in Spain.

Good to see the baby eels made the cut.

They were surprisingly tasty. No regrets.

I should have tried them but I was too exhausted at that stage of the event for culinary adventure.

the hotel was awesome , great to relax and do business before the crazy Amsterdam nights

That hotel spoiled us. Amsterdam did not stand a chance as far as hotels went.
