Something strange happened,i was trying wmv media player,and after that reverted to flowplayer as player and flowplayer was not working anymore for some reason(nothing was showing on video page),so i had to reinstall script to make it work.Also function tubeace-admin/preview_video.php?id=1

Also how do i get same quality as wmv file which i use as source to convert to flv?

Make sure PHP setting magic_quotes_gpc is off. Then remove the extra added slashes in the video code.
