I can see that it is somewhat hilarious, because the instructor uses words such as "fucking chicken shit." I suppose the only way to talk to those people is through loud screaming that they will understand. I can see how he is improving morale and fighting spirit. He is reducing cowardice.

I think he just likes hearing his own voice
