Last Day With ePassporte
 
Sad to say that ePassporte is no more so the same with my job, there will be a few people left handling payouts from the Wallet and I will not be one of them but I am 100% confident that everyone will get their Wallet money. I will get clarification on if ACH and CC transfers will still be working or if its strictly wires in the morning and get the information to you as of now I do not know much more than what were posted.

I honestly thought this would be resolved up until the bank cut off the ability to see the Virtual card balance and from then I guess I knew were things were heading.
I know this has hurt a lot of people both with their business and personal lives and I am sorry for that, it sucks it ended this way.
I do not know in details what happened but I know that Chris Mallick did everything in his power to get ePassporte back to normal but sadly it were not possible.

I had 5 fantastic years with ePassporte and I have always been happy working for ePassporte and I have never regretted contacting Chris 5 years ago asking if he needed someone on the boards a few hours a week, I figured it would be 10 hours a week for a couple of months maybe until they found a better solution never imagined it would be for so long

It have been a pleasure working with all the webmasters I have talked to over the years, we might not have agreed on everything but I hope we got things sorted out in the end.
Thanks for the last 5 years, there have been good times and bad times but the good times have outweighed the bad times by at least 10-1 :)

I am going to miss you all.

Best of luck Michael, you were a valued asset to the company. Personally, I think you should have been part of the downsized staff to help with downsizing/cashouts, but I do understand the nature of this business. Best of luck in your future endeavours.

I'm hoping someone with a presence on this board picks you up and you'll be around for another 5 years providing the same great service you did while at Epassporte.

You've been the one that helped so many people when they had problems and I like to think that Epass would have never been as successful as it was without you.

I hope Mallick doesn't dick you out of your pay since you mentioned that you received it on your own Epass card.

Damn. Wish you the best Michael, you were great to deal with at Epass. The only real point of contact to get things done. Probably the best support person i've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

I don't think you will have any problem finding a position, assuming that's what you want right now. You have a fantastic reputation, and any company would be lucky to land you.

you are a good guy michael and best of luck for you! but i dont think that malick did his best to save this. actually i think he does not really care of how us will recover the money. he is concerned for his ass only.
i mean, this is not the way to close a business. if he were the good guy he says he is, he would have given us the money back and then close epassporte.

the virtual visa funds were cut off by the bank. The bank has them, your card will start working again Oct 6th.

I think most everyone can see that you were a pawn, and then were made into the Mallick's PR flak, and ultimately patsy, in all of this travesty.

You did your job.

You no longer owe ePassporte anything, so if there is something you can share with us about what really happened, that would be greatly appreciated, since Chris Mallick is apparently to cowardly to speak for himself about this debacle, or unless you were totally kept in the dark, which is yet another black eye on the sour reputation of Chris Mallick, under the circumstances.
