Had someone have any luck trying to contact support lately?

They were responsive then poof, no more reply.

What are you talking about...lol? We have been here daily and onsite support is steady!
If you are talking about the email you sent, and waiting for a reply, all I can say is I am getting there.

I email both Terry and support, with regard to program signup but no response for 3 days. Can you check your email please? I had a company sign up with your program. Thanks.
