I've heard some pretty bad things about them on several respected web hosting forums. As long as you're happy with hosting with them then all is well I guess.

No I did not get a lowered discount. I do not need a discount, I am getting great hosting and customer service all in one.

Webair does NOT rock.

I waited two full days for them to set up a simple little server. Nothing spectacular. After asking them to cancel the order they coughed up the login information within an hour. THEN the server they gave me wasn't even functional. Emails about the broken server went unanswered for the entire weekend. After the sales guy got my money he completely stopped responding to me. :1orglaugh

With service like that there is no way in hell I would trust them to address a server issue promptly. I have never had a managed server. I thought it might be nice to make server issues someone else's problem. I remember why I handle my own servers now.

Only when I CC'd the owner did I get a prompt response. Mike rocks and knows how to treat people, his employees need lots and lots of retraining.

I ended up with Pacific Rack. My server was set up in about 3 hours and was perfect.

No problem! You guys have been taking care of me right away. I have had nothing but great service.

Sorry to hear about that Babaganoosh, I have not had one bad experience with WebAir.
