To All SKNANB Visa Prepaid Cardholders

As previously advised, SKNANB has been working diligently to restore prepaid cardholders' ability to access their Visa card funds.

Thursday, October 7th, 2010 is the confirmed date that the majority of cardholders will be able to access the funds on their Visa Card using their existing virtual card and/or physical card(s), without providing SKNANB further information. A small percentage of cardholders will be required to provide certain confirming due diligence information. On or after October 7th, prepaid cardholders may attempt to use their cards to confirm that no additional due diligence information will be required. Alternatively, you may email us at [email protected], including the first and last name on the card and the last four digits of either the virtual or physical card and we will verify as soon as is possible as to whether or not you will need to provide additional due diligence information.

SKNANB has received questions with respect to cash withdrawal limits. The daily limits for cash withdrawals will be US$320.00 (three hundred and twenty) per day. This limit cannot be modified. SKNANB prepaid cardholders should continue to check this site for further updates.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your SKNANB prepaid card, please contact SKNANB at [email protected]. In addition, cardholders can call +1-869-466-9733 to contact the cardholder services centre between the hours of 8am and 4pm Atlantic Standard Time. Please note, the call volume could be quite large, as such, there may be extended wait times.

My card expires this month in october. How am i suppose to take out $320 a day? It would take me 2 months to take it all out. This is bs. I pray they will do wires.

I read in a post here that someone called the bank and they said the cards would only be turned on for 2 months anyways. Is the bank saying anything about wire transfers at all?

I cant seem to get a hold of them. Says they are busy and to leave a message?? So, i might have to wait to hear. I emailed them about it asking about wires. So im hoping.

US$10 withdrawal fee has been mentioned.

My guess would be that IF this actually happens you would be able to get way bigger limits!

I emailed them just now. I've emailed them before requesting a physical card and they don't respond to my emails AT ALL.

A minimum charge of $10 in the currency of the card applies for cash advances from other banks' Automated Teller Machines (ATM). Daily withdrawals cannot exceed EC$1000 or its US dollar equivalent.

$10 atm fee for a limit of $320 per widthdraw. So to pull $1000 u need 3 days and to pay $30 fee. That's just too perfect .|

$10 transaction fee and $320/day is alot better then $0 transaction fee and $0 per day. As for the 1 day delay, I'm completely fine with it and it sounds reasonable. They DID say Oct 6th pending slight delays. I would be pissed if they changed it to Oct 30th, but 1 day late and confirmation that it will be working sounds perfectly fine to me. I'm sure it's not a 5 minute process enabling the cards again.

320$ used to be the original limit.

hmmm... let's wait an see what happens on the 7th....
