Anyone had an answer from SKNANB when the funds will be accessible tom?
 

I called them and asked and they would only say tomorrow. I asked specifically if it would be at 12am or during business hours and the rep just said tomorrow.

Anyone got a better answer?

SKNANB is UTC -4. Same time zone as Puerto Rico.

They're 2 hours ahead of US Central Time, so I'm going to start trying at 10pm tonight.
