Anyone know of any LEGIT and ethical (ie., actually useful stuff like download managers etc) pay per install programs that takes INTERNATIONAL traffic?

Loudmo is good, formerly of adult people background. If you find anything else let me know, I have some serious install volume I can push, especially to latin american market.
