How to transfer it on another ePass account?
Anyone success to do that?

I was lose my VISA Electron card and on 1st September ePass was accept my request to send me new one and charge me $20 for that, but shit happen on 2nd September and I guess I will never see that new card, but now have $263 sticked in ePass wallet and don't know how to get that money.

No, how it it even possible, looks like Epass owner fucked everyone..where are the "BROS" to speak up. Now all the VV funds are accessible, but wallet is fucked

As 472 other threads have stated, the wallet funds are basically gone. I'm still holding out a little bit of hope, but the bank where they WERE is claiming they don't have them. So it doesn't look good.

Also, no response from the walletrequest email to anyone.
