I just got off the phone with ayden at payoneer who helped me get my account verified right away so I can receive a new card. Long story short I had payoneer for over a year now and needed the card reissued.
Their live support was wayyyyy better than epass. Straight to the point, short and sweet. Thumbs up for payoneer support on the phone!

Aren't they already under investigation by the gov't because of the israeli assassinations? I don't think I'd touch them.
