When calling the call center, is anyone else getting, "extension 1450 is not taking calls at this time" or something along those lines and then it disconnects you. I have gotten that about 20 times now, and I am starting to get extremely frustrated.

i get " your call will be answered soon" then after an hour i gave up paying international phone charges and realised i was throwing good money after bad.

this bank is obviously a pile of shit, look at the webpage ffs, imagine the building is like a concrete shed and they have 1 phone line at most.

50,000 people + who had any funds tried calling today so i guess the odds of speaking to someone isn't great.

Well the first 4 times I called, I got my call answered within 5 minutes, now I just keep getting that message over and over.
