Another GOPer caught in the restroom
The commissioner of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles was arrested on Wednesday for public indecency after he solicited sex from an undercover police officer in a public restroom. On Thursday, he resigned.
Police say Miller came into the men's room of a downtown hotel while police were conducting a sting. According to the police report, an undercover officer followed Miller into the restroom, where Miller allegedly went into a stall, dropped his pants and began masturbating. The officer stood in front of the stall which, according to the report, had only chest-high doors. Miller allegedly invited the officer to touch him. Gov. Mitch Daniels (R), in announcing Miller's resignation, said Miller "has been an exceptional public servant." :1orglaugh:1orglaugh They never learn... :1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

WOW!!
I love when these piece of shit porn hating, Jesus loving public officials get nailed doing stupid shit that makes them look like hypocrites. |
I'm not surprised that "conservative" public officials want to have wild sex. That's obvious by their repressive public actions (hypocrisy)
But what REALLY pisses me off when I read something like that...is WHY the fuck are the police conducting "stings" to "catch" guys sucking each others cock in a mens room? WTF? It's the same bullshit as when they do "stings" at a strip club and go in "undercover" and offer a girl a thousand bucks to go home with them when she gets off work and then arrest her. Don't these fucking cops have any REAL crime they should be working on? And if not...then maybe the taxpayers would appreciate FIRING their sorry asses and saving some money. I know if I were a local tax payer there, I would be fuming that these guys are getting paid to try and solicit gay sex in men's rooms. That's not stopping any crime and it's a total fucking waste of money and an overreaching of govt. once again. |
Oh jesus.. on many accounts.

About 10 years or so back I had a friend that was a detective for a large department store. This was long before Larry Craig. He said it was a real problem and if they didn?t actively police their public bathrooms it would become worse as more people interested in that sort of activity would show up. It would become a known cruising spot in other words.
The biggest issues according to him is that patrons that came for shopping would be hit on for gay sex while in the restroom and in some cases had to witness a gay sex act just because they needed to use the restroom. He also said he had complaints from parents whose kids were exposed to dudes sucking each other?s cocks when they were just trying to use the restroom. In other words stuff you don?t want associated with your upscale department store. Quote:

But this bullshit of "sting" operations in a mens room is NOT what the police are supposed to do is it? And is it what the govt. is supposed to be involved in and spending tax money on? I don't know. They tax us and tax us. Then claim that they need to tax us some more. And THIS is what they are spending the money on doing? Next thing you know they'll be bringing in baseball players in front of Congress to see if they are using steroids...lol ..... Oh wait a minute... :disgust |

A commissioner of a state Bureau of Motor Vehicles doesn't warrant a security detail. |

I highly doubt police are running through every public bathroom in america looking for problems y'know? They surely had information that this was a cruising spot, or did receive complaints that they had to act on. I know for a fact that if I call the police right now in Toronto and say there's 15 aliens having an orgy and shooting jelly beans at cars out of their noses on the corner, they're legally obligated to at least drive by that location and make sure nothing is happening. This sort of law is important, because otherwise you'd be leaving it all up the dispatchers to decide what's real and not, based on their own opinions. So IF this bathroom was a problem spot, how were the police supposed to best apprehend those responsible? If they go in full uniform and squad car, they'll likely deter the crime from occurring before it starts. Also they'll limit their window of opportunity to the moment they walk through the doors. Next, this guy asked another guy to touch him. He wouldn't have asked a uniformed police officer, and then it's a game of harassment as he "wasn't doing anything wrong" and how can you prove he was masturbating... He's supposed to have his pants down in a bathroom stall. So is it the police's job to respond to complaints? Yes. Is it a good use of taxpayer money? Sure. I think they used their best tool for the job in this case, and caught this guy doing the most wrong by doing so. Consider this.. Why do gay guys choose public bathrooms for this sort of thing? Couldn't they meet in the bathroom, talk it out and hit up a hotel room? Nothing illegal about that. They do it to AVOID the police most likely, because they can claim they were just taking a shit. They're covering their ass in a sense, and only leaving themselves open to trickery. And thus, the police resort to trickery. I hear where you're coming from Robbie, but consider the police's options. I'm pretty certain they weren't just waiting in a random bathroom hoping for some guy to ask them for a dick massage. I mean I'm nearly 30 years old and I've yet to see anything untowards in a bathroom, except for unflushed turds and pissy seats. :) As for propositioning strippers... that's waaay over the line in my books. To me that would be the same as police walking through bathrooms and asking to touch ME while I take a dump... They're not stopping a crime from happening, they're encouraging one to happen. Even when I was a kid I was always warned about public bathrooms by my parents, and surely for good reason. I'm all for keeping them safe for our kids to piss in. Oh and.. "maybe the taxpayers would appreciate FIRING their sorry asses and saving some money." ... since when do taxpayers have a say about anything these days? You get one vote, for two bad options, every 4 years. Choose carefully? :P |
