my epas card blocked - Pin tries exceeded, contact your bank
 

Immediately after SKNANB restore working card I going to ATM to withdraw money. But fucking ATM got me message that my PIN is incorrect, but I KNOW MY PIN and I enter RIGHT. So, I brought it 3 times and after that my card was locked! When I trying to withdraw money at ATMs i got message "Pin tries exceeded, contact your bank" Fuck, now what? I feel like a fool!!!! :mad:

Does anyone have a similar problem? Previously, before 2sept, I simply changed the pin at epassporte site (feature Update Pin).

I send email to bank, but they do not respond me more than 3 days...

I got a new card and entered a new pin for it just a few hours before visa was blocked, and it works for me now

we have same problem with PIN :(

hit up the bank, not much else you can do. SKNANB has been pretty easy to work with.

Jenna, please, if you'll call the bank, please write here what they will tell you how to unlock card or anything else.

I think I know what will answer from the bank: Try to use your Visa Virtual and buy something in the internet shops. Fuck, I do not know my VV number, and now when epass closed his site, I cant find it ((((

same problem here, 3x wrong pin, card locked, called them few days ago, and yes they say use virtual visa to buy stuff pay bills etc. BTW i never bought something with virtual visa number, so it is not the same number as the one on the card?

i had that happen and tried my old pin and it worked fine

Jizz on the card, whipe it off and try again. Worked for me.

nope, the online-use number is different than the physical card number

does the online number stay the same all the time or does it change whenever you get a new card? maybe i can find it on some old printed epass statements..
