Whats another way to call St Kitts other than phone?
 

I think I overheard someone saying you can contact them via skype? I got a response from them by email today but they told me that I had to call them so they could verify who I was in order to get my virtual visa number from them and I also need to talk to them because they keep telling me that my electron card should work and it isnt. I have a VOIP phone that doesnt allow international calling to them and I need to know another way I can get in touch with them.

Buy a 5 dollar (International) pre paid phone card at the local quickie mart and use that

flying out there?

I use skype with no problem and pay only $1 for 15min
