I really hope there isn't already a thread about this in particular....if so, sorry.

But I think it's huge news. Go to ChrisMallickScam.com and you'll see that the owner got paid today.

Who is he? How much did he get? Did he have pending ACH transactions and, if so, did he get those as well?

If he's here, hopefully he'll let us know soon...

While you might be right, when you're dealing with someone like Mallick who seems to be quite arrogant, this could've just as easily backfired and put the guy at the bottom of the list of people who will get paid. It depends how you look at it.

And believe me when I say I haven't been sitting around and waiting. I've contacted everyone I can think of...anyone who is even remotely associated with Mallick. The only thing I haven't done is start a Chris Mallick scam site, which is apparently what I need to do to get paid. :mad:

Chris had his lawyers snatch the domain and put up that message or Chris bought it himself or some troll bought it? Could be a number of things not having anything to do with getting paid.

No one's "crying"....I have gotten a ton of good information from this message board about this whole mess over the past month.

And if people on message boards weren't up in arms about it, it's doubtful that sites like chrismallickscam.com would've put put up so quickly. You have to make a lot of public noise over something like this...whether you call that crying or not, I guess that's your call.

got paid? how? via ach, cc, wire? don't think so. i talked to the guy yesterday he had no intention of deleting the site. and now suddenly he got paid and it's all good. it must be an express wire transfer.

I'm actually leaning toward he got scared, not paid. It actually makes more sense for Mallick to bully him into writing that on the site than for him to get paid overnight and not show his face here to confirm it...

They guy used ChrisMallickScam.com (just like PayPalScam.com, which is allowed by law) and only posted information publicly available on the Internet.

I thought he'd be protected? It's not like he is giving out Mallick's SSN.
