More Niche STEALS COMMISIONS FORM AFFILIATES!!!

yes... that is right... MORE NICHE STOLE $49.62 FROM A SALE I MADE OVER 1 YEAR AGO ON ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS (Not to mention that they removed every single sale I made for WASS POKER and WASS ONLINE when they removed those programs from their website)
THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SOMETHING ON THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THAT SOMETHING IS NOT THERE!!!
link to their Terms and Conditions: http://affiliates.moreniche.com/supp...sConditionals/

what they CLAIM to be there
Quote:

Section 7.10

MoreNiche will enforce the right to deduct any unclaimed affiliate commissions should they become inactive, an inactive affiliate is somebody who has not generated a single validated Transaction within a twelve month period and who has a balance of less than the agreed minimum payout.
the interesting part is that their Terms and Conditions only goes to 7.8

http://www.hornytoonsparty.com/MoreNiche-scam.png

in the end they finally tell me that they have 2 different TERMS AND CONDITIONS pages... and it seems like they have different content on each o them...

I hate these scammers that take money away from LEGIT AFFILIATES (even if I am not making many sales with them)

so if you are looking for a good PENIS ENLARGEMENT SPONSOR STAY AWAY FROM MORE NICHE... go with something else... maybe Sell Health is a better option for you

Donners 10-13-2010 12:49 PM

that sucks

I hope they will lose more... since I already lost my $50... if they lose 1 or 2 affiliates that makes them 2 or 3 sales per day I would be really happy!!

closer 10-13-2010 12:59 PM

not so uncommon, they just want to weed out the non-productive affiliates who have not generated any sales in a 12 month period.
It was in their TOS and you agreed to them

signupdamnit 10-13-2010 01:02 PM

I cannot get to the page: http://affiliates.moreniche.com/supp...sConditionals/ without logging in.

But I found this which does have it:

http://www.moreniche.com/terms.php

The Google Cache with the date Sept 30 2010 also shows section 7.10:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.co...&ct=clnk&gl=us

However the archive.org cache from 2008 (the latest they have) does NOT have that section.

http://web.archive.org/web/200805131....com/terms.php

It looks as if perhaps they kept two different Terms and conditions and neglected to change the one you are looking at? Assuming that's true in my opinion they should pay you out of goodwill. Bad publicity will cost them more than $50. :2 cents:

Forkbeard 10-13-2010 01:03 PM

Yah, I have had a couple of programs that stop converting tell me that they are gonna eat my old rebills because *I* am supposedly "inactive" according to new terms and conditions they just pulled out of their ass. It's called "not understanding the revshare concept". Remember how these guys used to advertise how a successful affiliate could send traffic for a while and then retire to the beach and drink umbrella drinks while the money rolled in? Apparently they did not really mean it, lol.

Were you sending any traffic?

I think when companies do this it's often desperation. They might need that 50% of rebills to stay afloat. I suspect that some companies "silently" drop the rebills. Obviously hard to prove....

pornpf69 10-13-2010 01:09 PM

they DO have 2 different terms... and I only got to know about the http://www.moreniche.com/terms.php on their last reply to me... and you might notice that I was posting the URL from where I was getting the info since the post where they said that it was on their TOS...

looks like it is OK FOR THEM TO HAVE DIFFERENT TOS AND TO SCREW THE GUYS PROMOTING THEIR PRODUCTS... FROM NOW ON I WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THEIR SCAM!!!

Take a screenshot of the terms you see inside your account area so you have proof. We can't see that without logging in.

Assuming it's true they partially fucked up by not updating those terms. But it may be more accidental (separate terms) than anything else. Too bad archive.org didn't keep better records so we could see when the terms actually changed.

YES... very low traffic... but it was not converting... to become inactive according to their terms is not about sending traffic... but about generating sales...
not much traffic (from april 1st to april 4th - when my account became inactive)

Interesting... I had a very long period of sending quite a bit of traffic (more than you) without getting any sales either... Adult traffic just seems to suck for this stuff... Pretty sure it was over a year.. I think they "reclaimed" some money but not sure what that was... But they didn't cancel my account... Then I changed some things around and started sending more target traffic and started to make some sales again... So who knows what the real story is.

Phoenix66 10-13-2010 01:24 PM

What do they sell at all? I remember putting them on my sites, but no sales happened so I took them down. Still receiving mail spam from them...

u-Bob 10-13-2010 01:27 PM

I never understood why any sponsor in good faith would terminate inactive affiliates. An affiliate who's been inactive for a long time, may be your next whale...

It's not like an inactive affiliate takes up tons of database space?

Angry Jew Cat - Banned for Life 10-13-2010 01:28 PM

Hmmm, and here I was considering pushing their stuff. SellHealth looked better anyways. Nice referral spam, excellent delivery...

I never said they closed my account... they simply don't want to pay me the money I made... and they CLAIM to be on their Terms and Conditions... but they HAVE 2 DIFFERENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE!

papill0n 10-13-2010 01:29 PM

well there is a sponsor i would never promote

wtf is this 'balance reset' shit ?????

thats called stealing peoples money you fucking cuntsssssssssssssssssss

and thanks for letting us know ricardo - added to my rapidly growing shitlist

xxweekxx 10-13-2010 01:31 PM

stupid fucking companies.. dont understand why u wont pay someone their $50.. the bad publicity is always with people who are "small affiliates" , and you end up losing more

besides wtf is an inactive affiliate.. if i send a sale and decide to claim it 50 years later, you still owe me that money...

Actually, More Niche is quite good.. They are actively involved with their affiliates to help them make money.. They provide a lot of resources, free hosting, site templates, and their forum is decently active to help people out as well... I've never seen any other program put that much real effort into their affiliates.

mineistaken 10-13-2010 01:34 PM

time to login and see if I did not become "inactive affiliate"

except they switch their T&C and reset your earnings to $0 if you dont send sales within 12 months..

fucking scammers.. i have some mainstream companies i havent sent a sale in 3yrs.. my account is still active, and once i send another sale or two they will pay me.. this is just a backwards way of stealing money and you know it...

not like this affiliates one LINE in the MYSQL database is eating up all their resources

It seems to be more common in mainstream... Take clickbank for example... If you don't generate any sales for something like 3 months (might be as much as 6, can't remember for sure), they start deducting money from your balance if you haven't reached your minimum... I send very little traffic to clickbank and twice now my balance has been drained dry by their policy.

xxweekxx 10-13-2010 01:35 PM

shit like this pisses me off.. so i send u a sale, but dont send any other sale in 12 months, and u reset my earnings to $0

fuck that shit, this is the first company ive heard doing this shit... fucking assholes

not true.. maybe only clickbank, but i send to hydra, azoogle, neverblue, copeac, cpaemp, and dozens more..none of them take my money if i dont send them a sale in 12 months.. this is just a scam stop defending them u will end up looking stupid

exactly, so legally they owe u money... i hate companies like this.. if i ran an affiliate company id make sure everyone got paid, even 10 years later..they made the money when u sent them the sale.. they owe u a commission for that.. simple and straight forward

Say a thousand 'non productive' affiliates lose $50 because they couldn't convert again in a twelve month period, it would be ok for moreniche to swipe the 50k?

Saying that, this is just another case of somebody bursting into tears after not reading the TOS and fucking up.

did you promote the POKER and CASSINO sites on their network? if you made sales with those site they were also removed from you once those were removed from More Niche Network... like if the sales were never made!

Phoenix66 10-13-2010 01:50 PM

Yeah, not sure.. Looks like they started taking $1 every 2 weeks after 3 months.. Then the last 2 periods they took $5 and then $2.38 to clear it out.

should I IMAGINE that a "reputable" affiliate program would have 2 different TOS on their website?

too dumb to read the part he said the terms and conditions he AGREED to are completely different from what is there now.. i suggest reading through his first post in detail so you dont come off as a dumb ass

I had sent some traffic but never made any sales so don't know.. At least I don't remember if I ever made any sales...

Did they say why they took that money? MoreNiche is like a lot of mainstream programs in that some of the products you can promote don't belong to them. They just provide the stats etc. for other companies... So if those companies never paid in the money that the stats said you'd earned, they'd remove it from your payouts... They've dropped a number of companies because of that...

I was doing a yearly check and saw -$49.62 being shown in my stats... I then asked the support what was that -$49.62 on my account since I saw no sales... then they told me it was about my account being inactive (and the rest of the story can be seen on the 1st image I attached to the topic)...

"Technically", you had no access to that when you signed up... You would have agreed to the TOS that's on the main site when you sign up... i.e., I went to signup, clicked the link next to the checkbox on the signup page.. and it's in that TOS about the 12 month thing.

I don't like it either...

I don't like it either...

I signed up with them in 2004 and that was not on their TOS... actually I never joined MORE NICHE... I joined MENS NICHE... which became lativio and then MORE NICHE and WORLD NICHE... any way... that part was not on the TOS back then... and they DO HAVE 2 DIFFERENT TOS... one for affiliates logged on the site and one open for the public...

xxweekxx 10-13-2010 02:04 PM

listen obviously the fact they have 2 different T&C, with one of them having the 12 month thing, and the other not having it, means they added it recently and didnt start off with that shit.

they probably looked and were like holy shit, we got 200 affiliates with <$50 and their acct has been passive for 12 months, lets mallick them and thats like $10k in our pockets..

and then all of them got mallicked, including pornpf69
