Your Studio or LiveSupport and Payment Department Suck Big Ass.

All you have to do to change email or Payment method i dont get it, all other webcam sites have an automated instant system for that.

I have been trying to change this details 10 days now and still nothing has happen. How can it possible take 10 Days to change payment method or an email.

Also since i saw how shitty this was I asked then for my payment at least to be cancelled and not to be send to the Bank Account because it was frozen, this was 6 days before payment.

Anyways payment was still send and returned to LiveJasmin by the Bank. And now my payment appears as Executed but i have no Money. May I asked where the heck are my 9.000 USD now ?

And when would be the details finally be changed, next payment is also in 10 days would it be done by then ?

Dear Latincams,

We have rules in place to protect our studio owners and models as well as their accounts, and their money. For example being able to automatically change account emails and account payment methods is something that can lead to accounts being compromised.

That is why our support asked you to verify yourself from your original email address, with a photo ID. Until our support received this (according to our account safety regulations), they were unable to change your payout details.

Also, when we spoke a few days ago, I escalated your case, but the payment had gone out already.

Is evident that all 3 Studio Accounts had same payment Bank Details, so there must have been an evident connection. At least to have something done.

At this time Im sitting here about 9K short joust because of this.

especially after what epassporte have done to people you think these assholes would be more accommodating and actually get a clue.

Joust wanted to let everybody know that thanks to Dave helping me out, I got my things solved out.

I got now all my payments, and even the next payments 5 Days in Advance.
