When we were with them it was always mail support but to be fair they were very very quick to respond and sort the issues out. We still would have preferred a live chat system or ICQ tho as you can end up battering mails back and forth like a Chilean mine rescue capsule..

They reply within 5 minutes by email 24 hours a day.

We do not use ICQ for support it is unreliable. We have Live chat and support ticket via email. Support ticket via email is preferred and easiest for all.

ICQ is far too unreliable for long term daily support requirements.

We archive the account history through the help desk so all techs can reference what has been done and you have access to the history as well.
