Recommendations for The Best PC Mouse.....

I swear by Razer mice , I currently own a Deathadder but it's started double clicking on me when it should single clicking after 2 years of hard abuse.

What do you use? Or rather what would you buy if you had to buy a new mouse tomorrow?

Exactly what I use.

Frankly you can't go wrong with anything Logitech.

Does it wear well? Have you had it more than 2 years? I've heard good things about the G9

I was thinking Mamba:

or Imperator

$60 for a mouse? Does it stroke your dick for you while your typing? My mouse cost £3. Point and click, point and click. I've has it ages and when it fucks up i will get another that's exactly the same.

Yeah it strokes your dick, washes your clothes and cooks you dinner.

These mice are alot more effective than a £3 mouse, I use a big monitor, I don't want to use half a foot of mouse mat to move 2 inches and I don't want a scroll wheel that takes 2 hours to reach the bottom of a long page.

You wouldn't go back to a cheap mouse if you'd tried a premium mouse believe me.

yeah, i think this G9 is virtually indestructible. Had it for about 2 years i think. Will replace it with another G9 if that day ever comes. :2 cents:

I used to think the same, but once you get a nice mouse you are never going back... it's not like $60 is a lot anyway, for something use 10 hours per day and will last you at least a few years...

Like I said I swear by Razers and I've had 2 so far, but they always give up the go after 2 years. It's always the left click, it double clicks rather than single clicking. You can imagine how annoying this is!!!!

I'm going to give the G9 a try, that or the Mamba.

whatever you do don't get an Apple Magic Mouse. i bought one, used it for 5 minutes and chucked it in the junk drawer.

CunningStunt 10-16-2010 05:02 PM

I threw 2 Razer mice in the bin, both crapped out on me. Will never buy anything of theirs again.

They are lightweight, and their electronics awful.

Have used a G5 for several years and can't fault it. You have the option to weight it any way you like, which is a big plus for a gamer.

Wasn't considering it to be honest.

I've bought 2 Razer mice and they both lasted 2 years without fault.

The feel and responsiveness is unmatched from my point of view and they look damn sexy!

I had the first razer mouse from the late 90's, and I don't have it now, which means... someone else has it, the bastards.

I had a wireless G7, and it started double clicking on me. I could hit it real hard and stop it for a while, but I eventually got frustrated enough to change it.

Now I have a MS Sidewinder or something? It's alright, was cheap. I'm not gonna spend a lot of money on a mouse anymore.

Saw a keyboard the other day at Tiger Direct.. $338 + tax.. lolllz.

The G9 looks good, the cord may bug me. I like their G series in general, they're built like a tank...

NBBCash Matze 10-16-2010 07:38 PM

still happy with my Logitech MX500, so if you should have to buy a new one it would be a Logitech mouse (G500 or something).

topsiteking 10-16-2010 07:39 PM

I got a Logitech G9 for cheap (new) on eBay-I did not care for the overall feel.
Went back to my cheap mouse I have had for over 4 years.:1orglaugh

Cradle 10-16-2010 07:41 PM

Mamba of corded logitech.
I hate cordless logitech (I have got three MX Nano mice, but don't use it coz I'm tired of second click problem ... cordless logitech sucks!)

Here what reviews say about the Microsoft Habu laser

To sum up, The Pros: Ergonomic. Light, balanced, comfortable. Laser mouse.
The tracking for the cursor is very smooth and precise.
It has great response, good weight, and decent feel.
Tough installation, great mouse

I do love the look of those razors btw :thumbsup

Aric 10-16-2010 09:44 PM

+1 for the Logitech G9X :thumbsup

Best mouse I've ever had.

ArsewithClass 10-16-2010 09:46 PM

How naughty.. like anything you purchase from a company that wants to bleed you dry!

http://www.google.co.uk/products/cat...8896973991112#

"Co-designed specifically for World of Warcraft by Blizzard Entertainment and SteelSeries"

£50 +

And there's zuese saying £30 is too much. It doesnt look as good as the HPGaming mouse... http://www.google.co.uk/products/cat...6188348437608# which is lots cheaper :thumbsup

mgtarheels 10-16-2010 10:02 PM

logitech MX-518

Been using the G7 for at least 2 years without any problems. The battery could last longer though. Other than that it's pretty sweet.

loreen 10-16-2010 10:47 PM

I have a A4tech x 750i and had it for the last 4 years. The first one died on me after 2 years of intense using (I'm on PC almost non stop and I have a 22inch monitor set at 1920 x 1080px) and the second one I'm still using.

It's a laser, gamer mouse and it costs around $30.
I love it!

http://i52.tinypic.com/1zb4405.jpg

It's probably not the best out there, but it's very fast (has 5 speeds) and works perfectly.

Shoplifter 10-16-2010 11:37 PM

G9 as well.

avm79 10-17-2010 04:18 AM

any laser and cordless

The best PC mouse is a TRACKBALL

ladida 10-17-2010 04:43 AM

If it died after 2 years, it's not good. I got razer, going on 4 years now massive massive abuse. If it died that soon, i'd never buy razer again.

I'm driving mocrosoft wireless 5000.

http://media.webcollage.net/rlfp/wc/...pg.450x340.jpg

i thought it's not gonna work for me, as the ergonomics of the mouse does'nt seem to be too advanced. but surprisingly that's the most comfortable mouse for me (had like 7 or 8 different). pretty happy with bluetrack tracking, works on literally any surface incl glass table.

Still don't get those who're using a) mats b) wired devices.

beta-tester 10-17-2010 05:46 AM

I like my MX Revolution... been using it for almost 3 years now. Before that I had MX 1000, another great Logitech product :thumbsup

That mouse looks really comfy. Am I right in thinking that the palm of yur hand is actually sitting on the mouse. Hence, when moving it, your palm doesnt grag on the workspace?

Agreed with the mats... I use the top im near at the time & glass can create problems.
