On December 11th there will be a Dutch adult webmaster XXXMASPARTY in Edam (The Netherlands) . Edam is a charming Dutch fisherman village about 35 minutes / 20 km from Amsterdam. This network meeting and party is organized with several Dutch Adult webmaster programs who want to throw their affiliates and business relations a good meeting and party. By organizing it together there will be more people, more networking and more fun! Have to leave early to pick-up some friends in the Netherlands to go to the birthday party of my brother in Denmark so I am checking transportation from Edam to Huizen.
Anybody living in the area that knows a reliable taxi company that is able to bring me from Edam to Huizen that night?
Checked Google but no luck.

http://www.taxihans.nl doet schipholtaxi dus waarschijnlijk ook wel Huizen. Wat je ook kan doen, naar Purmerend met de taxi (10 minuten) en daar op de nachttrein. Mijn partner gaat die avond ook terug, die moet naar Hilversum. Vorige keer werden er ook taxi's geregeld op de avond zelf door het hotel.

Having lived in Edam I can confirm that. Purmerend is a 15 minute drive though and there's a couple of places there.

BTW, edam is not only famous because it is a dutch tourist city. Edam / Volendam is well known of its 'paling sound' = 'eel sound'. Some famous Dutch artist live there. BZN, Jan Smith, Piet Veerman, The Cats, Nick and Simon. Yolanthe lived there, she is now with Wesley Snijder, a dutch soccer player.

It was a good party propz to VPScash and vodpartner for pulling this great party altough bit sad that around 2am party was already somewhat over.

Funny part is young people in Edam are aggressive man.
We where driving away from party where a group of 5 early twentyers were standing and we drove near them stopped to put GPS details to drive back to Antwerp than one of them a girl came by at the window and asked us where we needed to go to we said Antwerp and than the friend from her grabbed to my buddy the drivers neck so i stepped out of the car and than he went back to his group to get get his buddies so we just drove away :) . but it is not realated to the party :)

All in all the party was great and i had a good night thanks for the invitation.
I look out to the next one.

Arnjen, there are always aggresive people in that small villages. Volendam is known als Coke Town. Better to drive aways, or drive over them. Better to fix a car than fix a broken nose. In my town there is also more and more agression.
