Sometimes it takes few days to get payment from AFF.
Check your email registered to Payoneer, they will send you a letter regarding payment, and you have to use links in this letter to actually get the payment.

I got my first payment yesterday, it takes a few days to get in. I should be seeing my money around Thursday. It's a bit of waiting, but I'm not shelling out the 5 bucks to get the money right away (at least not yet).
