I didn't like their music, as the other thread said, but always sad when anyone dies. We just had the annoucement come over that he died this morning.

Sniff...I liked the Bee Gees' early works & my sister really loves them no matter what decade...

profiting, ask people here, I have always posted news stories and it is news wether I liked his music or not. Besides, not liking someones music doesnt mean I don't care if they die.

shit that sucks... i heard he was in critical cond. yesterday. the thing that sucks most about celebs dying, i realized when my idol redd foxx died, is that WE are all getting older too. i remember listening to bee gees in moms car, this was the kind of shit on the radio when i grew up, and they were very talented... i still can listen to some of it although i prefer pantera :)

Ive always thought having to die sucks pretty bad. but i guess life wouldnt mean anything if it lasted forever.

The Bee Gees actually grew up here in Brisbane Australia in a shithole called Crib Island....not far from where i went to school....i use to go down there to fish for crabs....honest, you would laugh if you saw this place....it was like something out of Ethiopia....anyway, the government repossed all the houses , tore them down...i saw the Brothers at the Redcliffe raceway singing when they were nobodys...i remember thinking wat a fuckin bunch of wankers.....well, credit to them...they went on to be international stars, a long way from the shit hole they lived in. its good to see people rise and make so good with their life....im real sad to hear the news.:(
