A sneak peek at NATS 4.1!
Several affiliates who were selected via our recent affiliate survey will be visiting us tomorrow and Friday for an exclusive hands on test of the new NATS 4.1 affiliate interface. We are very much looking forward to the feedback and input we will be getting from this group regarding what we believe is easily the most user friendly, accessible, and functional interface available. Our goal has been to provide all of the information and capability NATS is known for in a simplified straight forward manner. We truly feel we have surpassed that goal.
We wanted to extend a quick preview of the new interface to everyone. Much of the ease of use and functionality is difficult to appreciate from screenshots, but we wanted to share them regardless. Statistics - In this screenshot you can see the overall design and structure the pages will follow. All areas of the affiliate program you wish to access are quickly and directly availabe via the interactive menus at the top. All pages present sub-naviagion, settings and options relevant to that page, and the appropriate data in a clean, simple, and straight forward manner. You will notice subtle yet convienent touches such as the ability to click any column header and quickly sort the table by that column, a quick method of changing your view from table to various visual representations, and the return of the much missed "Breakdown By" ability. Much of this page is highly interactive and once used you will fully appreciate the clean and simple flow of information. http://www.toomuchmedia.com/nats41/41peek1_t.jpg (click for full size) Campaigns - Below is a quick preview of the campaign management in NATS 4.1. The page follows the same general layout and flow of the statistics page. Again, all columns are quickly sortable (ascending or descending) simply by clicking on them. In addition you can easily search your campaigns based on their shortname or description. Entering 'buy' would match any campaign containing 'buy' such as "10/5 Ad Buy" or "Buying from Source X". You can edit a campaign, hide it, or jump directly to it's stats from this page. As often requested, campaign functionality is not limited to this page as NATS 4.1 now allows quick campaign creation from any page that uses campaigns. For example, simply enter a new campaign name when getting your link codes or ad tools and that campaign will be created and included in this list the next time you visit. http://www.toomuchmedia.com/nats41/41peek2_t.jpg (click for full size) These are only 2 quick examples of the new interface. There is much more to see and improvements in every area. I'm sure the affiliates who are visiting us over the next few days will have plenty to share of their experience testing and offering feedback on the new NATS 4.1. |
Forgot to say how there should be last month included in statistic as well.

Things such as that are not at all set in stone and are a great example of the type of feedback we will be getting from the group over the next two days. |

from affiliate perspective would love new nats update
1) dont have to click a million times to get to banners. 2) banner opens up in new tab so we can compare them and select one and save as allowing us to put it where we want on hard drive and rename it in one swoop. 3) more flv stuff. embeds with thumb nails. flv dump |
Interface wise it looks like you've moved into the right direction.
I've always been a fan of NATS 4 (other than it being a pain in the ass creating a campaign) so I may be partial. |
This is looking pretty sharp, John. Good work on the update visually, and the features look to be easily accessible.
|
awesome stuff! :thumbsup

hopefuly you arent going to force your existing clients to once again upgrade to your newest untested crap and break everything again that they had to fix from the nats 4 upgrade.
