I like it pure, but sometimes you need to add some tabacky so the spliff burns proper. Not much, just a little.

Your teeth were already fucked up and you have a small penis....Don't blame the weed for that.

Plus weed/tobacco is a European thing...

Not sure if it's still like that but I was in Amsterdam 3 years ago and they had a ban on tobacco products so if you wanted to smoke a mixed joint you had to go out of the coffee-shop but it was ok to smoke pure joints inside

I've mixed a lot of different things with pot, tobacco is something I never even thought to add, I mean whats the purpose of that? Now put a taste of hash oil on it and now we're talking!!

Well, for my teeth (or more so my gums) it wasn't really the weed, but I started smoking blunts daily and the blunt wraps were DEFINITELY hurting my gums. All good now.

In Miami and London - a few other places I've been - the majority of people mix tobacco into blunts - I say fuck that!

Many years ago was a essay in High Times about tobacco and weed mixtures and the study stated that a smokers lungs are waiting for nicotine, and thc molecules 'attach' themselves to nicotine molecules, which sends them through your blood stream faster for smokers.

Both - periodontits or whatever, it's pretty much gone now... I stopped smoking blunts and then stopped smoking weed altogether. I was smoking like a blunt a day.

exactly. just enough to keep a nice even burn. i used to do bong rips with weed and tobacco. you want to feel your headrock, there's no way better. depends on the situation. i got alot of euro buddies, so i smoke my fair share of spliffs....

I'm a Volcano guy and if I need to roll a join of hash of good weed I'll use the dried weed from volcano to roll with.

Tobacco ruins that crisp green taste of good bud which is quite enjoyable.
But if you smoke crap bud then I guess it doesn't matter.

It gives you a serious headspin. I know a lot of people who don't smoke cigarettes, but compulsively roll weed with tobacco. It helps a doobie burn nicely, and it kicks you that little extra headrock. I usually smoke straight green, but every now and then a little tobacco is nice. Pay attention in the future when smoking herb with your cigarette smoking friends. I guarantee a large portion of them can't smoke a joint with you without firing a smoke up immediately afterward. It's a slightly different buzz, some people like it that way...

I don't smoke, but if I did, I would go vaporizer and pure. Screw tobacco..

A euro friend of mine told me once: They roll tobacco with it for two reasons. First, it helps hide the smell of the weed better. And it gives a more mellow, less intense "OMG I'm high" feeling so you can function better. Supposedly. Who knows, stoned european....

A lot of euros I've partied with are mind blown at how much weed people around here smoke. I used to hook up these Swedish buddies and they'd split an eighth like 3 ways and get chink eyed off a puff or two. High school styles. But it depends on the area I guess, a lot of people from eastern Canada roll with tobacco, especially from the Maritimes. A lot of those poutine kids do it too...

when i used to smoke id always have tobacco mixed in, everyone did it like that. this thread seems to be the opposite lol

On its own in a bong is best, but a nice reefer with tobacco to keep it burning better. 50/50 mix just to save the gas from the lighter ;)

I grew up smoking with yardies & an asian crew rolling fat tulips... Always a slight mix of tobacco, as said in post above, to keep it burning nicely for one thing :2 cents:

I sometimes mix hay into my cannabis as it helps the fire stay longer........

In America, we smoke it pure... unless you want to count the tobacco leaf wrapped around the dutch, bluntville, etc. But then you'd be trying too hard to make us seem like you weirdos mixing tobacco with weed. In my opinion, mixing weed with tobacco is like mixing a bowl of fruity pebbles with used corn oil instead of milk.
