happened to me 2 days ago...
In settings, add a new ICQ connection.
Worked for me

Works fine here.

Just filled out a support ticked. Wish me luck :(

I did as well with ICQ. Just manually disconnected ICQ and then connected again and it worked fine after that.

Same ICQ problem here...just add ICQ as a new connection.

My ICQ account was missing from Trillian today. I had to re-add it???

I hate trillian. Happened to me twice, 2 years ago. Since then I never touched it again!

I've always had problems with Trillian, stopped using it altogether.

Beta 5 running like a charm. Been running Trillian for years without any issues.

I had problems with it always freezing my computer.

I've since installed Pidgen and have no more problems.

Trillian has a bad habit of dropping messages on me.

I loved Trillian but I've had many problems with it. Switched to QIP Infium and I love it much more...

I had a bunch of problems with it around this time last year. Someone on GFY told me that ever since they upgraded to pro they haven't had any major issues, so I did it.

It's pretty cheap, and it really is worth it. Only problem I have is sometimes convos are missing from my history. Sometimes someone will tell me something and instead of saving it somewhere I've fallen back on going to grab it out of history. Just burned me for the second time last week. For whatever reason the convo didn't save. Blows. Now I just throw it in a file and save it.

Other than that 0 problems since I did the upgrade vs weird problems every few months before.

Which IM manager are you using now?
