What is the general % girls get on their own solo site?
 

Kind of curious what girls get (%) on their own solo girl site.

The reason is because we are currently building a pay site generator both for our webcam models and content providers.

Our idea was 10% billing, 50% affiliate and 40% model/content provider.

The girl usually gets 50% of the net.

Depends how big of a company you are. I've heard of giving anywhere from 20-50%.

do it like programs are doing with webmasters, for example start at 40 and if the girl makes good money raise her percentage. but not sure if and how it works :)

the paysite generator what we are currently building has some social features (fb - twitter) so the model can do her own marketing, so when she generates her own members I was thinking the following: 10% billing, 65% model/content provider and 25% for the company, I think its something fair to offer

yeah that can also be a nice offer, the point is that i want these girls additional to do their own marketing and reward them for it.

Your payouts seem fair considering you benefit from the extra marketing.

ok I started a web cam deal years ago with strippers, they wanted to be paid cash the moment they do the webcam. How do you hire for your own home studio? and who is good to run your cams through?

Is it better to hire just women that need a job off the street or go after strippers that quit on you after 1 day.?? lol cause this was the problem I had.

to be honest I like your idea and have thought of the same thing but in reality I think you're gonna have a whole lot of headaches for not enough $$$ in return.

You're gonna make the ratios dynamic in the generator, right? You aren't hard-coding ratios, are you? That would be a bitch down the road...

Girls find their own members? Not sure how that will work.

40-45% and they cover expenses such as outfits, makeup, that kinda stuff, we cover the hosting, graphic designs and such.. we do provide some outfits, but its mainly up to the model

$100 = $20 to fees and wardrobe, makeup, etc. + $45 to the affiliate + $35 to the model unless you also want to get paid.

The girls in our studio get paid in cash after signing all kinds of papers. We have some model acquisition sites and also advertise locally. My GF is running the house and shoot the models.

I'm more busy with management of all and our tech team.

Most of the girls all have a Twitter and FB account to keep in touch with their fans and scout for new members. We just provide them the tools so they can do their own marketing.

Yeah that sounds fair, we do already shoot content from our current models and we will shoot/design and cross promote their own site.

50% is about normal.

I think some partnerships switch up who covers hosting or special costumes or makeup or travel/lodging for in-person appearances, but def 50% of net after billing and affiliates and similar costs.

I think the best thing is to work out what you can afford to pay after all expenses are covered. Then ask yourself if the girls will work for that.

It's all hit and miss, some girls will work hard and be a success, some will be lazy and will fail.
