When will the Webmaster area of Videosz.com be fully functional.

Remark: Wrote an email to them about what does not work about four days ago.

What part of videosz webmasters area is not functional?

Really WTF: I wrote them about this error about four days ago and nothing happens.

I know what it means to lose all data and what kinda work it is to get a site back up. BUT why don't they read their mails?
